Well....the crew at Wantz Computers did it again.......I was having some real serious issues with my laptop...... and after a trip to these guys.......this thing works like brand new again !!!!! Faster than a Friday night Taco on Saturday morning....... and didn't break the bank.......in fact......this thing now works like one of those $700 units for UNDER $100 !!!!!!!!!!!! To start with...........all previous quotes from their competition ( I use this word regretfully because these people don't have any competition........... nobody comes close to them ) was double the price they charged.................all previous quotes was pretty sure I would need to also buy some parts ................and.............the competition was a minimum of a week out........................these guys were less than a week repairing.................. and..................I didn't need any parts.....................and that was months ago...................pc is working GREAT!!!! I had to drive over 40 miles to get to these guys.....................and have been back 3 more times...............you do the math........... drive 40 miles and get honest, reliable service...........or................drive a few miles away from where you live..........spend twice as much............. and............end up buying a new pc in a couple of months cuz the one you just had fixed is broke again.............that's what happened to me.......... and it was a name brand repair facility....................I'll drive the extra miles because in the long run.......it's actually cheaper !!!!.

Todd has helped me a few times when I couldn't figure out what was wrong with my laptop. Two of those times it only took him five to ten minutes to estimate the problem (my error) and fix it. He was very understanding and patient with me when i didn't know what he was trying to explain to me. I will definitely go back to Wantz computers if I need my computer fixed again.

Cleaned up and/or removed harmful programs from my computer and fixed my web cam.

He did a lot of detailed work and went into detail to describe everything done to the computer. He also showed me how to run virus scans in order to detect viruses that may be harming the performance of my computer...
